My major research interests
is the
problem of managing people and companies in a cross cultural
environment. My major teaching responsibilities are a course I
created titled HR
& ME. This seminar introduces HEC's MBA, Grande Ecole, and
Masters students to human resource management from a perspective
that is immediately useful to their careers. Simply stated, the
question discussed in each session is, "How can company HR policies
help (or hurt) my career?" I also offer courses in cross
cultural management and the special independent study course
entitled Best
in France. Click on the names for links to these courses.
The following links will take you to his personal pages and
various project pages at HEC School of Management where you can find
a collection of articles & links about organisational & personal
adaptation in a cross cultural context such as: managing your
career, subordinates, superiors, salary & taxes, and other useful
subjects.
